Things to know before you arrive

ACOMPTE

A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental and the deposit of 1000 euros must be paid 10 days before your arrival. The deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your stay (after deduction of any damage or cleaning costs incurred as a result of ordinary use of the rented premises). The fixed amount of the security deposit does not prejudice any right of recourse or re-invoicing of any costs or damage incurred in excess of the amount of the security deposit.

Pets are not allowed. Unless agreed by the owner at the time of booking.
